    I placed a mobile order thinking it would be more efficient. We spent 15 minutes, maybe more, in the line behind 2 other cars. I was at the first window so I could see inside. I saw multiple workers with no urgency to help get the drive thru cleared. The car in front of me was understandably upset because he was there longer than me and all he got was a sundae. After we finally got our food and got home our 4 medium fries were cold, our sandwiches were messily made AND they gave me the wrong pies.. overall it was a horrible visit.

    Service kinda sucked, our food was left on the counter getting cold, no one announced it was ready. We got tired of waiting and when up to find it. The place was empty no reason we wouldn't have heard if it was announced. A little disappointed.

    As far as McDonalds go in the tri-cities the 395 location stands above the rest in quality, cleanliness, and customer service. If your a dasher they never leave you standing around waiting for assistance. As a patron you can expect to find your meal made quick and with care.

    The man taking my order did not listen. I ordered a root beer and an iced tea. He replaced the root beer with an iced tea and gave me a completely bare chicken sandwich. Absolutely not what I ordered. The attitude was bad enough to not get what I ordered. Very upsetting.
