When I brought bank records to manager, she refused to investigate and claimed 'this never happened.' Found another customer had the same issue on the same day. Bank fraud department identified the person who used my stolen card information. Reported to corporate and authorities. Warning: Protect your payment info here. This location has security issues and management won't address them properly."

To than go to the next window and they only gave us 1 of our drinks than had us wait we are still waiting it was been over 30 minutes and they aren’t helping us the guy took our receipt at the second window cause they still were having trouble finding the order so when we said we didn’t receive it they wouldn’t believe us even with the mobile apps proof of purchase.
