“Clean, fast, and well-run — everything a McDonald’s should be”
This McDonald’s consistently does things right. Whether you’re going through the drive-thru or dining in, the operation runs efficiently and the staff keep things moving smoothly. Orders are almost always accurate, food comes out hot, and the service has that friendly small-town touch that sets it apart from the average franchise experience.
The restaurant itself is well maintained — floors clean, tables wiped, restrooms stocked, and the beverage station orderly. Even during a rush, the team stays organized, and you can tell the management keeps a close eye on quality and flow.
Food quality is reliably good for what it is. Fries were fresh and crisp, burgers were assembled neatly (not thrown together like you sometimes see elsewhere), and everything tasted like it just came off the line. The coffee was fresh, too — not sitting for hours like some locations allow.
The drive-thru is quick and well-coordinated, with staff who actually take the time to greet customers properly and double-check orders.
For a national chain, this McDonald’s is a standout example of consistency and pride in operations. If you’re in Clarkston and need a fast, predictable meal done right, this is the one to stop at.

Had almost identical experience as last reviewer, bald unpleasant manager yesterday, new to app ,prepaid online forgot to stop at speake,just spaced it was confused, not a young person,arived and apologized for my mistake and gave the code number as needed,was Embarrassed but passed it , Not.\nOnly did I get a talking to at the st.Window for not stopping the same manager made sure he was the one to hand me my food, delivered my food ,constantly called me Dude explained about what I had done wrong twice.Now,impacting drive thru scores ? I don't even know what this means bit apparently it was earth shattering, And to top it off , without me , even arguing raising a voice making a scene , I was told never to return and I was banned from the restaurant and I would no longer be served, Identify the franchise owner to view the recording and show me how this all happened , The manager said his peace at the first window.It did not need repeating at the second window , I did, however, inform the manager.My name is not dude as I am old , but you may call me , sir , or mister. Since I am banned from the only McDonald's in town.Because of this, I went ahead and deleted my app.And not only will I no longer shop here, I will continue the ban nationwide.I will never step In another McDonald's, and I will make it my life's mission.To ensure that every person I meet.Talk to or am related to Avoids the mcdonald's franchise as a whole. Brand is already struggling. And this cannot be this manager's first complaint. Sincerely lifelong professional restaurateur and Owner and manager of over eleven different restaurants in various chains , Across multiple markets. And it will not end at this review. Call my intent is my complaint.Reach an ear with the power to affect change.And Yes , this manager's behavior in front of his teammates was egregious to this level. The last thing I want is this person removed from his position, What I would like Is remedial training, the same a entry level team mate Receives, This will put his job title back into perspective.And I believe freshen his outlook on how to behave around his peers.

I had a real weird experience here Saturday the 27th. My friend and I didn't get spoons so we went through the drive through to ask for some and we had a manager get on the intercom and say that we needed to go inside. Said we could absolutely not get them though the drive through and that he'd personally hand them to us?? So we went inside and the poor dude at the counter handed us a bunch of spoons and asked if we wanted to talk to the manager that said that, he had no clue what was going on. We didn't wait because we left our food in the car.

The hours listed are from 5:30 to 12am this is wrong. Lewiston side is open at 5:30 the Clarkston side is open at 6 am; updated the hours and they still insist they are open at 5:30am. this is false advertisement.!!!!!!

So difficult to just simply place an order now that they have gone digital. Can't just go up to the counter to order, they would rather have you use this huge screen and make your order on there instead of through a real person at the counter. I find that to be rather aggravating because I'm not in the digital mindset I guess.
