  Since cell phone towers don’t actually exist on the west bank of the Connecticut River, your mobile order from the app may disappear into the ether. Best of luck on having them find your order.

  This McDonald's is very slow and the food is never fresh so u wait 20 minutes or more for cold food and bad service if I could give this McDonald's negative stars. One star is too good.

  12:00 on Wednesday, placing order via drive-up window. Few cars in line but moving quickly. Get to pick up window and the cheeseburger and fry are not ready……a regular cheeseburger and fry, really?!?! So, I figured, well it will be hot at least, fresh off the grill or out of the queue (microwave) or hot drawer. Nope, more like it had been sitting for too long……where is my old-school McD’s?!?! So sad🤔😢

  Decent enough, better than overpriced gas station food but they are really stingy with the onions, even when asking for extra onions... Normaly I'd just shrug it off but this is the 4th time. Nuggets are usually either overcooked or have been sitting around for a while but they were at least fresh and right this time.

  I came here around the 18th of October and used drive thru. I made my order, paid and pulled up to the second window. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, I noticed something strange on the side of my McFlurry cup (thick greenish almost mucus like) and asked the employee (an Asian woman working the window at the time) what it was. She replied that it was ice cream with an attitude. I accepted that explanation and moved on, but after she handed me the rest of my order, she quickly closed the window and walked away. When I checked my bag and noticed my sweet and sour sauce was missing, I had to wait until she returned. Instead of waiting to see what I was going to say, she immediately repeated, “ma’am, it’s ice cream,” in an irritated tone. Once I was able to tell her about the missing sauce, she handed it to me and walked off again and I drove home. I've been here about two other times before that and the food is always dry and the service is slow. I sent an email complaint to the email listed on the receipt and no one has responded. Comprehension seems low in this area though so I should have expected that.
