Decent enough, better than overpriced gas station food but they are really stingy with the onions, even when asking for extra onions... Normaly I'd just shrug it off but this is the 4th time.
Nuggets are usually either overcooked or have been sitting around for a while but they were at least fresh and right this time.

I went through drive through, the person at the speaker sounded extremely annoyed and rude.. drove up to grab my food and the girl at the window gave me a VERY rude look… didn’t say anything to me and pretty much threw the food at me. I’m extremely embarrassed for these employees. As management I would never allow my employees to treat people like this. This used to be my go to McDonalds.

I came here around the 18th of October and used drive thru. I made my order, paid and pulled up to the second window. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, I noticed something strange on the side of my McFlurry cup (thick greenish almost mucus like) and asked the employee (an Asian woman working the window at the time) what it was. She replied that it was ice cream with an attitude.
I accepted that explanation and moved on, but after she handed me the rest of my order, she quickly closed the window and walked away. When I checked my bag and noticed my sweet and sour sauce was missing, I had to wait until she returned. Instead of waiting to see what I was going to say, she immediately repeated, “ma’am, it’s ice cream,” in an irritated tone. Once I was able to tell her about the missing sauce, she handed it to me and walked off again and I drove home.
I've been here about two other times before that and the food is always dry and the service is slow.
I sent an email complaint to the email listed on the receipt and no one has responded. Comprehension seems low in this area though so I should have expected that.

Recently went through their drive thru around midnight. I ordered a Big Mac Meal. First of all, calling what I got a Big Mac is a travesty. Two tiny, cold, overcooked patties that didn't even come close to fitting the bun. The best part of it was the pickles! Then the fries. I have always gone to McDonald's for their hot crispy fries. These were stale and cold, had probably been sitting around for at least a half hour. The only good thing I can say is, at least my soda wasn't flat! I will be hard pressed to ever visit this or any other McDonald's again after this!!

I don't expect a gourmet meal from McDonald's. But I at least expect food. I pulled into the lot at 1035 pm Friday. Immediately placed my mobile order for drive thru pickup. Google and app say open until 1AM. So I pull up. And sit at the drive thru. And sit. And sit. Nothing. Finally, after not receiving any communication, I pull up to the pay window, thinking that maybe the speaker wasn't working. The workers just looked at me and didn't engage with me at all. So at 1050, sitting at the pay window, I cancelled my order and drove off. Extremely disappointing.
