The teller got the order wrong and I corrected them at the second window that we wanted two sausage egg and cheese Mcmufffins and two hash browns and the teller that took the order had down two sausage muffins without egg and cheese , we pay get our food and pull away and realize we don’t have our hash browns so went back thru drive thru to tell them and get them and we pull away again and open our sandwiches to realize our order is still wrong and they gave us two sausage egg and cheese McGriddles ! I am irate at this point and just had a medical procedure done and live over an hr away so I call them and tell them my order was messed up not once but 3 friggin times and I wasn’t turning around a third time so whoever I spoke to on the phone told me if I come back again she will replace the sandwiches but I won’t be back anytime soon but I will hold onto this receipt. I would honestly just like my money back at this point ! Your staff really need to get it together. I’ve never had such bad mistakes happen at any other McDonald’s in Vermont or new Hampshire ever in my life . Do not waste your time going here or check your food before you leave !
