This Market is sad and in disrepair. The front entrance door's do not close all of the time. It's 20 degrees outside with strong winds and both are wide open. The cashier has to wear a heavy coat and gloves-she is very old and not happy. Ceiling tiles are missing, huge hole gaps in the ceiling . I counted this-17 4' fluorescent lights IN A ROW are out, leaving the entrance and front of the store dark and not appealing at all. Is there any management here? At all? I wanted to ask the young man with mustache and glasses while I was in th self serve check out but he seemed as mad as the cashier. And forget about someone bagging any groceries for you. That, in my three years of shopping here-has never happened. Not once. The TV that usually shows the staff is dark, turned off. Something needs to be done about this place, quickly.

Nightmare of a place, obviously I expected entitled customers cuz of the area. But this one specific cashier was sooo rude. When I first walked in? She was in one of the isles and she shoved me, then I accidentally get in her line. Fine. She snapped at me for not reading the sign on the card reader, yes I admit I should've noticed it and I said "Oh crap" immediately as I was doing it. But she didn't have to yell at me over it. It said "Tap Only", she proceeded to yell and say "READ THE TAPE" and got pissy when I apologized. It was the one with maroon hair and face tattoos with leopard print

1st time at this store. No employees greeted us pr said excuse me as they pushed past. The Cashier was actually RUDE! Thankfully we have other grocery store options. Very disappointed in this one. Also isles are very small which is typical of Shaws.

I am switching to Hannaford because of the reviewing of camera footage every time the stupid self check decides not to work. They’re using AI to find shoplifters. I am not a shoplifter, nor am I still a customer.
