If you have a to go order you ALWAYS have to ask for your drink cup when picking up inside. If you want to order at the counter you generally have to wait until an employee turns around or holler out into the kitchen to get someone to stop ignoring you.

Managers are supposed to lift their team up not belittle them while galavanting in the lobby.
