I do not understand how it takes so long to cook McDonald’s food. It’s literally made for them to cook it as fast as possible. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:10pm and as I’m typing this, it is 8:30pm and I’m not even at the order spot yet. I’ve waited here multiple times over 40 minutes because it’s the only fast food open around here but I’m starting to think it will actually be better and quicker to drive to Rutland 20 minutes away. The food I receive for waiting all that time is also below standards sometimes not even edible. I’ve wasted so much time and money in this drive thru I’m at my last straw coming here unless management gets their act together and trains people to be clean, make food fast and actually care about their job. EDIT * 8:54pm and I’m still not at the first window I’m so upset at this service. I don’t even think my food will be warm. EDIT AGAIN ** RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOD AT 9:36PM BUT I WASNT GONNA WAIT ANOTHER HOUR IN THE DRIVE THRU, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, 3 EMPLOYEES ON STAFF SHE SAID ?!!! WHY EVEN BE OPEN ?!!! Tried to eat the food I got but it was terrible, I’ve had good McDonald’s before and this was the farthest from it, usually in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes too not 1 hour and 26 minutes. Never again, will just drive to Rutland and there are more options and won’t take an hour.
