    Ordered a chicken bacon ranch flat. It was oddy super greasy on the bottom. No ranch was on the pizza and it was just really dry. Third time here surely my business won't be missed.

    I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the lack of accessibility and safety at your location. During my recent visit, I encountered an extreme deficiency in handicap facilities. The handicap ramp provided is damaged and unsafe, making it nearly impossible for individuals with mobility challenges to access your restaurant. Additionally, the main entrance to the plaza is in terrible condition, with massive potholes that create serious hazards for all customers, especially those with disabilities. This combination of issues is not only highly inconvenient but also a major safety risk and a clear violation of ADA compliance and basic customer accommodation. I urge Pizza Hut to address these problems immediately by repairing or replacing the ramp and working with property management to fix the dangerous potholes at the entrance. Please confirm the steps you will take to resolve this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention.

    Ordered a pan pizza and Cinnabon rolls yummy . Everything was very tasty and hot.Delivery was earlier than expected. I did order extra cheese and definitely did not get that. Barely any cheese. But excellent flavor and crust.
