Unfortunately, the guest seated across from us was extremely rude, demanding, and outright disrespectful toward her. Despite the yelling and uncalled-for behavior, Blue remained incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout it all. The situation became so uncomfortable due to the guest’s behavior that we, as a family, felt compelled to leave. However, I truly wanted to give kudos to Blue for maintaining her composure and continuing to provide top-notch customer service under such difficult circumstances. She handled everything with grace and kindness. Job well done, Blue!
