First time doing the review on the app and bringing the receipt back with the validation code. Came in to redeem it and Byron hooked it up! Great customer service and was super receptive to changing the “free” sandwich to an extra hash brown for me. This man was a great choice to put him in front of the counter as the face of McDonalds. Made my morning breakfast complete!

I absolutely hate this McDonald’s. Everytime I get an order they either forget something in it or get the order wrong. I payed for a large iced coffee with whipped cream. My DoorDash order said everything and when it was brought to me it was a small with no whipped cream. The cup was filled with mostly ice. Unbelievable.

I ordered for mcDelivery they charged service fees didn’t bring my full order I called no one answered the phone. I drive to store they blame door dash but I ordered on the McDonald’s app for mcDelivery. Wasted 10 minutes to drive to the McDonald’s 10 min speaking with supervisor who called another supervisor. Now I am sure my food at home is probably cold. I never encountered such poor customer service.
