Great customer service and was super receptive to changing the “free” sandwich to an extra hash brown for me. This man was a great choice to put him in front of the counter as the face of McDonalds. Made my morning breakfast complete!

I payed for a large iced coffee with whipped cream. My DoorDash order said everything and when it was brought to me it was a small with no whipped cream. The cup was filled with mostly ice. Unbelievable.

I drive to store they blame door dash but I ordered on the McDonald’s app for mcDelivery. Wasted 10 minutes to drive to the McDonald’s 10 min speaking with supervisor who called another supervisor. Now I am sure my food at home is probably cold. I never encountered such poor customer service.
