  I would give zero stars if I could....completely unprofessional!! I did a mobile order because you have to use the app to get the deals. Well its been 20 minutes and my order still didnt come out so I went inside to inquire about my order. Then a McDonald's employee yells from the back "Dont be lazy" to me for using the mobil pickup line!!! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional...I will NEVER be back ever!!!

  An older lady who works here is very weird. As I'm eating, she comes over to mop which had bleach and made me nauseous. I noticed she didn't mop the other side of the restaurant (which another patron was sitting at near the further window). I even took a photo of the floors to show she didn't do the other side. I went to the bathroom as she's mopping near the front door (she even saw me as I said excuse me to get by), and as I'm in the bathroom (less than 5 minutes), she comes in to start mopping! Mind you, she hasn't even done the rest of the floors, including outside the bathrooms. As I'm coming out, she's right outside my bathroom door to put tissue in the stall and gives me a glare and slams the bathroom door afterwards. I noticed she left the mop out too near the front door. I also had another instance with a young teen/young adult male too with an order issue one night. I believe there was a language barrier, but instead of getting someone to help assist, he laughs in my face and walks away upset. Thankfully, the manager got involved and resolved it for me. All in all, some of the staff needs to do better on service.

  Today my friend and I went in to order food through the kiosk where we ordered food separately asking for ranch on the side for our orders. When we received our food only one of our trays of our separate orders had two sides of ranch. When my friend went to ask for ranch we only received two more cups of ranch when we had multiple items that we ordered separately. When they proceeded to ask for more politely the worker refused to give them ranch and what looked to be the manager came to take over the situation in a rude tone and manner. She said that we only ordered chicken nuggets and "didn't need more ranch" when we both separately got French fries and separate items to take home. What I don't understand is how they ignored the sides of ranch that we ordered as a kiosk and determined how much ranch two separate people would need on two separate orders. The girl who appeared to the manager was very rude and argumentative I as a store manager would never treat a customer this way over a side. This is a completely unacceptable manner to treat a customer and we will not return to this location.
