    Burger meat is often pink and undercooked. Employees are not the friendliest. Will not take your order at the counter, but will demand you to use the self service. Too many issues using the app mobile payment for this location that I uninstalled. Their corporate gives you the same copy and paste response without resolving any issues. Also, drivers always enter into the exit versus going around in the loop into the drive thru. Not worth getting into an accident!

    First, on every mc Donald’s place I been , they ask me if I want to use the mobile app. She didn’t ask, and when I say I want to used the mobile app she said so aggressive what’s the number and she didn’t write the number so I can get points. Then she said aggressive again can you speak more loud I don’t hear what are you saying and all this were in Spanish cuz me and she speak Spanish and she even cannot understand Spanish cuz she saying rude can you speak loud like what’s going on in this mc Donald’s this were on 12/27/25 at 10.32 pm she was on the drive-thru. She have to work a lot on customer service practice.

    I don’t eat McDonald’s often, but when I do, it’s always for one thing: a large fry through the app. I never order anything else, and honestly, I don’t need to — the fries are consistently fresh no matter what time I stop by. The staff here is always kind, quick, and on point. Thanks to the whole team for keeping the fry game strong.

    While visiting the area to see my daughter, I placed an order via my account on the app. Parked in the pick-up spot, placed my nuke in the app, and waited for my food. The employee came out with one order, but not the other. I told her this was not the entire order. She went back in, came out, and then explained that I needed to place the order again because their system didn't show it being completed. How is this possible if you brought me the first part of the order? I verified on the app, attempted to show her, and she asked off. I went inside and spoke with her further. Maria was her name. She then continued to interrupt me after asking me questions about my orders! When I attempted a third time to speak, she then interrupted me again (in front of 3 customers that started to walk in) and I requested the manager. I was told that the manager's name was Selsa. She then explained to me that I didn't place the order. I showed her the app confirming the orders I placed for this Latin, at this time. She then spoke in Spanish to Maria asking if she had the ticket, Maria stated that she'd thrown it away. I then spoke a loud and confirmed I also spoke Spanish, and didn't understand why I had to re-order these items, and if she had the ticket for the item that should have confirmed I placed the order. They seemed surprised. When I asked Maria for the DM or RM name and contact info, she stated that they had no information for them. At this point, no one would speak to be any further. To not cause a scene, I wake away, sat down and attempted to contact McDonald's customer support. This was the WORST experience I've had with McDonald's using the app. I'll NEVER return to this location ever again.

    Very, very bad McDonald’s at this location at this location personal is nothing compared to other McDonald’s. Also, I was using my rewards to have a free sandwich which rewards that you already been paying for a lot of the orders and they didn’t give me my free sandwich after I order it at the it’s very, very bad McDonald’s class. Also, the lady was telling me Store manager like I don’t know you gotta turn around or you gotta come back or something like that like she said, I got more customer behind you like come on. I’m a customer too. That’s not how it treats the customers how you have to treat the customers and this was today, Saturday December 20, 2025 at 5:25 AM is ridiculous. They have to put people to work that they understand what they’re doing. Don’t understand they got competitive people to work.
