I picked my kids up from school with no food and returned after verifying it was the right location. I walked in this time and had the manager on duty verify the location and my order. She then explained to me she couldn't give me my food because I had not gone through the drive through. She said the only solutuon was to cancel my order instead of handing me the food they already had made for me. With employees that lie to their customer, managers who are incapable of handing people food, this has to be the worst run franchise in the area. I have never been twice to a location and still not gotten food I had ordered until 3:01 PM on November 7th 2025.
