- SJs johnsonJan 1, 20261.0Placed order for delivery and received the WORST experience ever. The manager Sarah was beyond disrespectful when I called to tell her my order was incorrect. She refused to provide her name on the phone cursed at me and then hung up. I went there to not only get her name but to see what could be done to resolve the order error. Please be advised I was charged twice. She immediately started yelling when I entered with my incorrect order. She clearly wanted a confrontation. Additionally, I had my son record EVERYTHING! Not only was the situation not resolved she claimed to call the general manager Mike Jones who never answered or called back. Sarah has no idea what customer service means to say the least she was unprofessional.

Then the store proceeded to hangup on me.

My cashier was Mike? They said there's 2. Mine was the younger guy that did NOT have jones on the side of his hat. Thanks for yah help dude!!!!
