Absolutely the worst people working here. We will never come back to this McDonalds. The “owner” replying with a link to provide more information is ridiculous…clearly that isn’t changing your employees attitude problem. The owner needs to show up, be present & lead by example. Teach your employees how to provide proper customer service.

Be careful of how much money you give the guy in drive thru, he tried to steal my money and give me back the wrong change. I had to get the manager to correct my purchase. DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Made my order wrong 3 times today after waiting for 15 mins. Pulled out check the food it ls wrong so inside I go. On the last remake they forgot a whole 1/4 lb patty. Fires was room temp. Ordered a coke got Dr Pepper. Ended up getting a refund thru the app.

Absolutely terrible experience—again.
I sat in the drive-thru for over 35 minutes, only to be met with employees who were short, blunt, and clearly annoyed that customers were even there. When I finally got my food, it was cold, the fries were old, and to top it off there was no straw, no napkins, and half the order was wrong. I literally threw away half of what I paid for.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the 4th time I’ve given this location a chance, and it has gotten consistently worse. The service here is so bad that I actually use it as an example for how NOT to treat customers when training my own employees. It is baffling that management accepts this level of performance. With a 2.9 Google rating, it’s obvious I’m not the only one having these issues.
Absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

I'm a local and I work long hours ill get home and decide to order me son food choose mcdonald cuz they always come in clutch plus monopoly but every order I make come from your store ive eaten inside and ordered insade as well the slew of issues ive encountered is listed: forgetting the straw (ik ik but hey doing back to back isnt cool), cold food is understand the food might sit a bit waiting for the dasher but why are my fries so cold along with nuggets and burgers?, drinks either not filled up all the way or just dont listen to ice instructions (mobile order only), customer service can be good can also be bad but only if someone comes up to the counter ofcourse or you gotta speak up to get their attention should you have someone to man the front counter? If not put a bell. I made an order tonight October 23rd 2025. I got a big Mac with extra onions and pickles as well as a large Deluxe McCrispy Meal i paid extra for add cheese and 3 half strip bacon on the dlx mccrispy i got the drink the fries the big Mac but no dlx mccrispy like i could understand the big Mac but the item i paid extra for? How can you as a business be happy with this level of performance, food quality isnt good its passable if your ok with biting into a burger and all your pickles are clumped up together in 1 spot (the bite you took). Over all I do not recommend. All i want is my sandwich, and then I will never return to this location or order from them they are not worthy of my business or yours. AVOID AT ALL COST (other reviews cover staff attitude)
