    Yay everything pumpkin! The pies were a bit overcooked but still delicious and iced coffee amazing 😋 Good customer service at 4 am in the morning so I'll take it 😂

    Very rude Young Lady at the pick up window today during lunch. Lost my appetite with her attitude and the way she handed me my food. Fed it to my dogs and threw away the rest... Very disappointed in the staffing choice and motivation on that position. ❌

    Today, I placed a mobile order for pickup on the McDonald’s app at this location. When I arrived to pick up my order, there were two lines. I waited in the second line because the first line was full. The other line was being served while I was sitting there waiting. I then pulled up to the first window to speak to the manager and explained what happened. A young male staff member which was the cashier who was taking the orders interrupting our conversation, saying I only waited for two minutes. I told the manager I had a mobile order for pickup. She informed me that it was for inside pickup and instructed me to go to the second window and tell them. I asked if she could tell them so my order would be ready when I got there, but she went back and forth with me. I then asked for a refund so I could go to another McDonald's, but she refused and told me to call the mobile app number. I called the mobile app support, and they said the store was supposed to refund me. I just want my refund because I never received my order, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. I been a loyal customer here for 6 years.
