    12/2/2025 I normally order a medium cup of hot water sometimes with or without lemons using the drive thru, especially when it’s cold outside and I am DoorDashing. When I used the drive thru today I asked for a medium cup of hot water with 3 lemons, the employee stated $.30 cents. I grabbed $.30 cents once I got to the window to pay, she then told me $.92 cents, I said it showed and you stated $.30 cents. The nice employee stated, “she don’t wanna, you got water too, she don’t wanna”. I’m thinking she is talking about the manager.. So I stated, never mind, I’ll just go to 711. I get so tired of the back and forth, different prices, sometimes it’s free. I will file a corporate complaint and provide each and every date and time I’m used this same McDonald’s, it was either free or $.30, never $.92 for a cup of hot water. This is insane. If you want to charge $.30 for the cup, cool, water should be FREE. Sad. I’m tired of it.
