Bluewater Kitchen established itself in May 2013 and has operated as a hyper-local farm-to-table catering & event company serving the greater Washington DC area. With a focus on bringing restaurant level cuisine & service to events, the team has been dedicated to creating exciting curated menus and event plans for life’s most memorable celebrations.

    Stopped in for breakfast on Saturday morning. We we walked in there was noone behind the counter. There was a couple who had ordered and you could hear someone in the kitchen cooking. We waited nearly 10 minutes and noone ever came out or said anything. We left and went somewhere else.

    Great little market. Hot food eaten on site or to go. Good variety of options for breakfast and lunch. Food is exceptional for the price.

    This place is absolutely fantastic! The food is so fresh and delicious and they have a great selection. They had a perfect mix of super healthy options and some great indulgences too. Christina the market manager is soooo sweet and she helped us so much with recommendations in the area. This business is clearly run by people with a passion for food and you can taste it! A must try for anyone in Middleburg!
