The burger was so cold I couldn’t eat it. As a rewards member, this was very disappointing. Unfortunately I was three miles away before noticing how cold my food was. Make sure you check your food before leaving the dive thru.

First they mess up his meal, second it looks like the play place hasn’t been cleaned in days. I had to make sure the baby didn’t eat anything off the floor cause he is at that age. Absolutely unacceptable. Whole staff needs to be fired and replaced with competent people who at the very least care that people’s kids play in the play place.

Only request was no cheese and despite the sticker indicating there was no cheese, it was still on the sandwich. I parked, went inside, and asked them to remake it and this time they forgot the egg. Unfortunately, their phone is disconnected so we couldn't even call them to make it right for the third attempt.
