Horrible experience. I’m a 15 year old girl and the manager, tried to argue with me over something I did not do, then proceeded to get her daughter, who is also an employee to come outside. The establishment is extremely dirty, trash cans be overflowing. And get our food 25-30 minutes after we’ve ordered inside

I visit this McDonalds frequently, sometimes as often as three times a week for breakfast on my days off from work. Today I arrived and saw that there was only one person in the line and knew my trip would be quick, which was a great start. I entered the second line for the Drive Threw and began to wait. No one took my order while the car was present in the first line, which was fine and I didn't think twice about it. Then in the first line a car that pulled in a good bit after I did pulled up and I heard them greet her and begin to take her order. I pulled up to get in front of her before her order was placed so I wouldn't lose my spot in line, as I had already waited and didn't intend to wait for someone who showed up after me.
When I got to the window I explained that my order hadn't been taken and they were in the process of taking the order of a customer who showed up after me and the lady with the red braids and camo jacket told me I needed to be patient because there was a new girl training. Why they would train her to ignore the order of customer arrival is beyond me, but apparently that's what's happening. So I said well I was here before the other woman and the girl in the camo jacket with the red braids rolled her eyes at me and asked me what I wanted. I told her not to worry about it and left.
I will take my business elsewhere.

Very in consistant. Quality control must not be a thing. Given it a couple of tries. Only been thru drive thru, 3 of five times burgers came out plain. Last order was mcribs, no sauce onions or pickles. Went inside no one up front to help. Only have 1/2 hour for lunch, by the time I spoke to some one, had to rush to work and did not even get to finish my meal and by then fries were cold. Take the extea mile and go to main street.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too for multiple reasons. I ordered a Large Iced Coffee and received a medium cup, when I saw it was a medium I informed the employee that I had ordered a large not a medium, she then proceeded to tell me that was the correct size and that it was a "Breakfast Large." I told her there is no such thing as a breakfast large iced coffee and the cup clearly says on the side what the cup size is for. Even showing her that she did not believe me, but she then took my cup angerly and walked around the hidden back side of the front of the restraint. I head one of the employees ask if they needed to remake it she said "No i just poured it into the different cup" she then came back around and had just proud the coffee into the large cup packed full of ice, even though I had ordered my coffee with less ice as well. I definingly did not even drink the coffee as with her attitude and actions I did not trust drinking it as I did not want to drink spit or dish water that was probably poured in my coffee. This place is going to be reported to corporate for there scamming policy of giving people the wrong size coffee as she said people say what i said all the time but are wrong. I can only image all of the people they have scammed, this is illegal not just wrong.

I know that we trying out this “get rid of employees” type mentality but we can’t do this ….this exact location has a 4 kiosk type machine that you can order from nobody working the front register for if something happens and like 2 cooks I watched people walk into the back grabbing there food because they were overloaded and not enough employees to man all positions this is scary because once customers become aware of your lack of production it becomes very frustrating and they lash out please put employees back in your establishment I would hate to see like a looting type scenario They even had one of those two employees say to a customer not my department….. how there is two of you made no sense at all and mind you this there were at least 15 people in lobby waiting for food
