If I could give this location 0 stars I would! I used to work here for over 4 years and all I can say is the customer service is NONEXISTENT! When I say rude I mean after waiting 30 minutes at curbside finally get a notice the food is on the way then wait 10 more minutes before going in and when you go in the first thing out the employees mouth who was nagging is “yall let summer else in her? What do you want?” I then say with an attitude that I’m waiting on the order they said was coming 5 minutes ago for her to respond “ hold on I’m only one person” then proceeds to say maybe you should work a day at McDonald before complaining to which I replied that I did in fact use to work at that exact location for several years to which she responds “maybe you should go home and cook” mind you I have worked there before and in that moment choose to keep my mouth shut but also made up my mind that it was the final straw at that location. After all this she says I’m waiting on fries to which I reply no worries only to get to my house which is only 3 minutes away and my fries are ICE COLD!! I would travel to a McDonald in NORTH CAROLINA before I EVER go back there for customer service like that!

Got home son took everything out of his happy meal, Not only was the order wrong but there was a FREAKING ROACH in my baby food! Completely unacceptable will not return.

What the point of advertising through monopoly game if your not putting the game pieces on your food this the 3rd time im order off the menu to collect monopoly pieces and none are on the sandwiches

Save yourself the trouble and just keep driving the little extra bit to the Godwin Boulevard location. That one is consistently better.

Had to wait 35 minutes for my mobile order. After waiting in the reserved spot for 25 minutes I went inside to complain. My husband had already been inside for 15 minutes in regards to picking up our order. After I finally went in and asked for upper managements information and requested a refund, I somehow magically got my food instantly. Another customer was in the same exact predicament as us.
Also, to the manager who was yelling at the cashier, you are wrong in so many ways and do not deserve the position you have. Disrespecting your associates will get you nowhere and I am sorry for all the people who have to work around you.
