The first time it took them almost an hour to give me my order, and there was another lady there who was very upset because her order wasn't complete, and she had been at the establishment longer than me. The second time I went, the manager arrived and I told him I wanted to place an order. He just laughed sarcastically and wouldn't serve me. So, I'll give you some advice: don't go to that McDonald's. The manager they have there is very arrogant and serves whoever they want. They should change their manager. Very bad service.
