If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place deserves to be shut down. The Drive Thru gave us someone else's order. We had to return from EV charging and explain. Then they gave us the right order made WRONG. Went back for the 3rd time, still wrong and acted like could Not Refund. Trash establishment; had not been to a Wendys in years and will Not be back. Who knew Chesterfield/Midlo Tpke had such a bad location.

The staff was not friendly. We got the biggie bag and were not offered any sauce and since we went thru the drive thru we didn't want to drive back to ask for sauces when we realized we didn't have any. The double stack was dry and hard to eat. The chicken nuggets weren't any better. The fries were hot is the only food part about the food. Don't think I'll eat here again.

This location has terrible service. I try to give this location a few chances and it’s in my neighborhood but the customer service is horrible and my food is either ok or bad each time I visit. Yesterday I visited and did a mobile order while sitting in the target parking lot behind Wendy’s. Then I pull around to the drive thru mins later and had to wait in the drive thru window about 10mins to wait on my food and my food was extremely cold. I know food sits out under the light after it’s cooked, but you would think the food was sitting in the fridge as cold as it was.
