Capital Zero Value Café!!!
My god you get next to nothing for your money here! Go to Starbucks if you want to pay Starbucks prices! Now everyone thinks they deserve $5 for teensy tiny cup of hot chocolate and an extra $1 for a spritz of whipped cream!!!!

There is a “no public bathroom” sign. Folks, is this equivalent to a restroom is for customers only sign, or is this a step further, meaning, restroom is for employees only? Well don’t worry because they have an intense, mustachioed man who’s on the lookout for you to let you know, once you’ve purchased things of course, that you’re sorely misled.
When most see no public restroom signs they think they imply the store has a restroom that one is allowed to use if they buy something. SB locations have these signs, implying customers can use the bathrooms with codes from the receipt, they are paying and can use the bathroom. Others who do not pay, cannot.
This place has food and drink and sit down area, so they need to rephrase the sign to say “no bathrooms”, instead of “no public bathrooms” since most places offering food and drink have bathrooms. This would prevent lots of confusion, but they probably won’t rephrase it because they’ll lose most of their customers which are people thinking if they buy some of the bad food/drink here, or are capital one users, that they are a customer who could use a bathroom.
We know your work set up most likely has a bathroom for employees, like all stores with human workers, but hinting at the bathroom is strange, it almost implies come buy something, use the bank, and you MAY get to use it. The intense, mustachioed man’s job is to tell people “we have no bathroom” after watching confused customers wander to a strange, mysterious banking area that is allegedly the whole point of this place but which you will be questioned about going to…what about save money on that guy’s salary and just make your signs clearer? The whole place is confusing, neither the banking nor service is done well.

My experience at this café was quite pleasant. It had a very nice, clean atmosphere, and the service was good.
Although they do not have a wide menu to choose from, the few things they offer are visually appealing and made with fresh ingredients. This sandwich—it's the one with avocado—was delicious, and the hot chocolate was very good as well.
In addition to that, I was able to consult some accounts at Capital One and get help with what I needed to know about my account. I was able to enjoy a pleasant time there.

The lovely employees were super nice. There are several positively-worded signs in case you have any questions Capital One services.
