I know they close at 9 but never at any tropical smoothie has the “kitchen closed” I feel as if it was a staffing issue or just employees wanting to leave early and not have to do closing stuff after closing. Not great business practices in my opinion, I would have tipped him very well because it’s closer to closing time. I always tip but this time decided not to because truly there was not much service to tip for. Not being a Karen, my smoothie is good and the guy was nice but he already had his drawers counted, receipts done and wouldn’t allow me to order food. 😭
