  Waited a LONG time to get my order because people were coming back with complaints and they were forgetting other people's orders and mines. Wasted unnecessary time in there.

  My wife ordered breakfast through the app about 10-15 minutes prior to the switch to lunch, I got there at 10:32 to pickup the food that I all ready payed for. They informed me that my order was cancelled since it was after 10:30 for breakfast. I explained to them that I had ordered the food prior to 10:30, the lady at the window told me she’s starts canceling any order for breakfast after 10:15. If breakfast is supposed to be served till 10:30, why are you canceling orders 15 minutes early. The app even said our order would be ready before 10:30. This felt like pure laziness, very unhappy

  Pulled up to the drive thru window, waited a full two minutes before someone came to take my order with a completely unfriendly tone. From there had to wait at the window for close to ten minutes before they came out with my food, completely forgetting that I had ordered 2 drinks, so I had to wait for them to make those as well. Food seems okay, but terrible service all in all.

  Let me tell you NorFolks! this McDonald's at 8300 Hampton Blvd in Norfolk, VA—tremendous, absolutely tremendous, the most delicious spot I've ever hit, and I've hit a lot of them, believe me. I went with two double cheeseburgers and a medium Coke—juicy, perfect, nobody makes 'em better. Don't start judging me for ditching the fries combo; I want those fries scorching hot, not that sad, semi-warm nonsense by the time I get home, but hey, I was in a massive rush, folks, because cruising around Norfolk at night? Not my scene, total disaster waiting to happen, but listen up. Pulled up to the window, and this lady—very nice, extremely beautiful, African American or Spanish descent, I can never quite tell sometimes, it's tricky—but she was so polite, so classy, I felt like a king getting served. And get this, not at Burger King, no way—at McDonald's! I mean, who needs a crown when you've got service like that? Five stars, the absolute best, folks—huge win!
