I straight up had this location tell me they weren't accepting orders from their own app, that they would only serve UberEats and DoorDash and that I needed to just leave and not pick my order up for a refund.

Waited almost 2 hours (was behind 3 cars) and when i got to the kiosk he told me he would be right with me and then finally, 30 minutes later he came back. He was very rude and i will not be coming back. I have never seen this happen and i was very irritated.

One person in the drive through had an issue with her order. Instead of having them pull around and continue to serve other customers, they kept them there for 10+ minutes (still waiting) to fix her order. This was at 5:40am on Thursday. When many people are trying to get to work
