- FFF'burg FoodieNov 30, 20253.0We were in Middleburg for lunch and wanted to grab some fresh meat from a local butcher, but they were randomly closed the day we were there, so we stopped into this Safeway for some fresh turkey (yes, the day after Black Friday). Safeway had some on sale, which was great. But they didn't have much else in the way of fresh breads, as there's no bakery and their bread selection was limited. The store itself if very cramped, too cramped for a shopping cart to pass another within an isle without lots of work. It's nice that there's a store in town and it's been years since we were at this particular Safeway, so we forgot how small it was. But it's adequate.
