On two separate visits (which happened actually in a row), my friends and I had our order messed up. Once to the point where we were charged for someone else’s much more expensive order (we did receive their food). Another time, our hot chocolate was extremely milky and poorly made. Most recently, I ordered a cookie tote with friends. While I expected a fairly short wait, but still a wait, since the cookies need to be warmed/flash-baked, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes after being parked and eventually had to go inside to get our order ourselves. On top of that, the staff often comes across as rude and snappy. Overall, this location really needs better management and more consistent service.

The young lady who had just given us our food less than two minutes earlier took our receipt to review the discrepancy. Jose then came out of nowhere, immediately accused us of lying, spoke to my husband in Spanish even though we were clearly speaking English, and demanded our receipt. If he truly questioned whether the receipt HE WAS HOLDING was truly ours, he could have simply asked us to confirm the card used and matched the last four digits instead of making accusations. Another employee walked up and confirmed we were missing the burger Happy meal that was sitting on the side, yet Jose never apologized. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
