  it was just okay, not sure we will return, very greasy came through the bottom of box, think we will just make pizza a home.

  We recently had the buffet on a Monday for lunch. The pizzas were dried up and the salad bar ingredients looked like they had been frozen(green peppers, cucumbers and even onions) We had to ask for silverware. The lady that was cooking said she was alone, however, there was a man behind the counter that took our money. Why aren't there enough employees working to keep the food made fresh.

  Today December 14th 2025 around 11 in the afternoon a woman was having a stroke inside the building at this location. The staff refused to call 911 or seek medical attention for this woman.She sat slumped over, unable to move or lift her head. While trying to get them to understand the seriousness of this situation, their excuse for not calling 911 was because “there was not another manager on duty” I’m not sure what that has to do with the fact there’s someone in serious medical need but that’s what they claimed. Everyone working there this morning should be fired. It’s your civic duty to report a medical emergency. Not to mention I had been waiting 5 minutes before I even noticed the woman. No telling how long she had been like that prior to my arrival. I am distraught at the blatant disregard for human compassion and decency. Thank you to the other person who took control and got her into his car to take to the emergency room. WITH NO HELP FROM STAFF. I will never return. Not because of the food but because of this. Everyone should be ashamed of themselves.

  The staff were amazing tonight. BUT BEWARE OF THE "NEW PAN PIZZA." It fooled me because it looked like a hand tossed pizza, so when I got home I thought they made it incorrectly. So, I called and they remade it. Then I found it looked the same, but they told me Pizza Hut changed the way they do pan pizzas now. It's not as thick and crunchy anymore. The "pan pizza" is just not as good now and it feels like corporate is just trying to cut corners where they shouldn't. The pan pizza is iconic and now these poor staff members are stuck remaking pizzas because someone like me thought there was a mistake. I thank the staff again for treating me so well as I'm being so picky, but I'm also trying to warn others to not get their hopes up for an old favorite pizza that's getting downgraded.
