    So it’s 6:30am on a Thursday . Usually it takes yall the whole overnight shift to clean the frappe/smoothie machine. I don’t know if yall are careless but I expect a dang smoothie by morning because that’s what breakfast comes with for hall. Ima let it slide

    Ordered the Monopoly Specific items and was given old boxes and cups. Whats the point of ordering Monopoly food of I'm not getting my tickets. Didn't even tell me that they ran out. I found out about the missing pieces when I got home. Wasted my time and my drive.

Detailed Account of the Incident: 1. System Error: Immediately after placing my to-go order (#693), I waited directly at the pickup counter. I watched my number flash onto the "In Progress" screen and disappear within an impossible approximately 10 seconds. The order included multiple items (two combos, two McFlurries, McNuggets, a mini-burger, and drinks), making immediate completion physically impossible. 2. Staff Escalation: I first alerted a black-haired male staff member who failed to return after checking the kitchen. I then explained the issue (number vanishing instantly) to a female staff member wearing a black Hijab, who took my receipt to investigate. 3. Managerial Hostility: The Manager then emerged and, without performing any serious investigation, flatly insisted the order was already completed and handed to a customer. I repeatedly stressed that I had been standing right there with my two children and had not been called. 4. Accusatory Behavior: The Manager returned again with a visibly unpleasant and dismissive expression. She then committed the most insulting act: she crumpled my physical receipt with her hand and clutched it defensively, demanding that I recite the entire order from memory to prove I was the purchaser.     Me and my friend enter the building with cash. We tried 4 different booths that didn't even work with cash even though it had the signal that it worked. My friend orders a chick fila sandwich, and gets someone else's order that they supposedly mixed up. After getting his order it ends up having no ketchup, and much less pickles than ordered. When it's turn for my service, I stand at the cashier for around 3 minutes with no service. Finally someone comes that doesn't even speak fluent English. I order McDouble Meal Deal, and she ends up giving me just a double cheeseburger with no nuggets or fries. Finally, I end up getting what I paid for, but it took way longer than the expectation. The burger and fries were very low quality. Would never come here again.
