Arrive around 5:15PM just to be told, “oh we’re not taking anymore walk-in’s, not until 7PM” so I ask can we make a reservation online then? To which the host replies, “oh we’re not taking anymore reservations” okay…so I have to wait for 2 hours to eat? There were tons of empty tables, it’d be one thing if they were packed and busy then I’d understand, but they weren’t. If you don’t want to be open on Christmas Eve to serve people then just don’t open? That’s an idea.
