It is for him and him alone that I patron this establishment. His quick problem solving skills and ability to connect with every customer is the primary reason people come back to Safeway. Time and time again there are bugs and issues with the Safeway computer system which doesn't properly account for the items on discount or clearance. None of these are problems that Randy is explicitly trained in handling, nor does he have any say in addressing the problems. He and many of the other client facing staff are simply given these problems by the inept management team and told to make magic happen.
