The employees are always helpful and even the managers have been kind and prompt. The store is clean and overall well-organized too. I drive further to go to this Safeway because the customer service and product availability are way better than the one closest to me.

It took me and my husband thirty minutes to get the manager to fix an issue with pickup, he kept blaming his staff and the complex. Got hassled to my car by two different people trying to get money too. Rank and file employee is nice but management doesnt care about the problems. Extremely unhappy and plan to switch locations.
