We were seated and waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us or offered water. By that point, we were ready to order one pizza. A group of four sat down after us, ordered after us, and still got their food a good 15 minutes before we saw anything. We sat there for over 30 minutes, no food, no updates, no check-ins. When we finally went up front to say we were leaving, the host casually pulled up our check as if we should pay for waiting. It takes effort to make a meal this forgettable before it even arrives. I’ve had faster and friendlier service at airport food courts.
