What is an extra special touch was having a carafe of water on the table. The prices are from $20 for a burger and up, since all five of us are adults the bill was $155 without the tip. I do recommend this restaurant.

- CTCandice TurnerJan 4, 20265.0This was my first time visiting this restaurant! I’m usually a regular at Jackson’s but wanted to try another Great American option, and I truly enjoyed everything. The food came out incredibly fast, hot, and full of flavor no complaints there at all. At first, I was a little unsure about the service. We sat at the bar, and it was clear there were a lot of regulars. Sarah was friendly when we arrived she introduced herself and asked for my name but she seemed to disappear for most of our visit, spending nearly all her time with the regulars next to us. At one point, I felt like I needed to rush and order everything at once because I wasn’t sure when she’d be back to take another order. She was working alongside another gentleman who was fantastic, though. It’s also possible Sarah wasn’t assigned to our section, so I’m not entirely sure. During a shift change, one staff member who really stood out was Jake. He wasn’t our server or bartender he was actually heading out for the day but his personality was phenomenal. I work in hospitality and Jake has exactly the kind of service and energy I expect at a bar, and I would honestly come back just to chat with Jake. He randomly walked up to us and started talking it was the best!!! We’re newer to the area so people like Jake matter for us! I also wish I knew the name of the other bartender who was working with Sarah on Saturday afternoon. He gave us other Great American recommendations that were his favorites to visit and told us what he recommended at each place! He was very friendly, and my mango martini was phenomenal! Anyway I ordered the lasagna, Mango Martini and Tex Mex egg rolls. Sooo AMAZING!

A huge shoutout to the manager, Gabe from the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure our group was set up comfortably and that everything was organized and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine warmth truly stood out. Thank you!
- AAAmani AJDec 28, 20254.0The food was great! we had a little bit of a problem, however the positive energy and reassurance we received constantly by the boy manager i think his name was gabe ? was great! also our server claudia was phenomenal:) she was talkative and made our expirence so comfortable with heartfelt jokes. overall everything was nice.
