Sangrías are good, but I will never buy from them again solely due to the fact that a sample is like 3 dollars and Mr. Zoll is terribly rude. We visited his set up at the Farmers Market in Yorktown, VA and I was so excited to try but was immediately turned off by the fact that I had to pay for an ounce sample. Seriously? One member of my group wanted to try some after me and thought he was being gaslit when I told him that I paid for a sample. Guy poured the sample and didn’t even tell my friend he had to pay for it. Thankfully he let him try for free when he started getting called out for how insane charging for it was. Update to add: Unprofessional. Owner reply says it all. The absolute audacity to accuse us of stealing when you poured the sample before he even knew that you charged for them! You watched me tell him that paid for mine and you made us think you were being nice and just giving it to him when you made the “Happy Holidays” comment. We’ve also been served many free alcoholic samples at that same market from respectable vendors and we’re not from a state with that law, so it was kind of expected that it was free. If it is the case that Virginia requires you to charge for it, I sincerely apologize, but you still won’t have to worry about my business again thanks to your nasty attitude! Happy Holidays jerk.

Came in on a Saturday evening and sat in the inside dining area. The crowd was light so we had almost all the owner and staff’s attention. Thanks to all of you for your warmth and great conversations. Started off with a tasting of Blueberry Lavender and Sangria Pineapple Lemonade, a bottle of Bubbly Blueberry, their Bread and Cheese Board and Goat Cheese and Jelly spread. All are a must try and I can’t recommend any one because they were all really that good! We also stayed the night using “Harvest Host” so afterwards we enjoyed a bottle of their Lil Tart while relaxing by our camper. Great experience & wine thanks for hosting us overnight and we will definitely have to come back when the live entertainment is there.

Went at 3:30 on a Saturday and was told we could only stay 30 minutes because a wedding was coming at 4:00. Could not order food because one person was cooking. We asked if we could sit outside and again were told we could but would need to be gone by 4. Why was this not listed on the website? We were visiting the area and had hoped to enjoy a nice day outside. Asked for a sample and a tasting is $3, insane!! We live in Northern VA and wine samples are always free. Asked if there was pumpkin sangria, the person helping us had no clue. Purchased a bottle and was given a room temp bottle of wine. Asked for a couple of plastic cups to take with us and again came up empty. We were told to return the next day, we’re from out of town and you don’t need to worry about us ever returning again.
