Our daughter had a mobile order and I ordered at the drive through cause the app messed up for me. When we received the ordered we asked to be sure there was BBQ sauce in our daughters bag, but there was not any sauce in her bag. The hateful, unprofessional, rude person at the window said "the person that put the stuff in the bag said they put it in the bag and if we wanted extra we had to pay for it..." She was very hateful and rude. We immediately tried to hand her the damn bag and she was so disrespectful. Then she almost threw a few packs very rudely into my husband's hand like we were lying. They were also nasty and had sauce on them, very disgusting. We will NEVER stop at this particular McDonald's ever again! This is unacceptable behavior to treat customers this way. We were not rude to her in any way. I hope that her manager sees this and addresses the problems. I'm sure she is a hateful and rude person all the time buy how quick and easy she was rude to us.
