  The best bagels this side of New York City. Different varieties and creme cheeses to go with them. They have sandwiches and desserts also that you can eat on the spot.

  As a north easterner, I never expected to have a bagel spot in Roanoke that would rival most shops from back home, but Donnie D’s hit the nail on the head! Service was slightly slower than I’d hoped, but the final product made it well worth it! 10/10 will be back!

  My husband and I while traveling through to visit our son& his family ate breakfast on Sunday Jan 4th and it was delicious!. The staff were friendly, and we were served within 10 minutes.Our food was fresh and hot. I would highly recommend this shop!

  As others have stated, service has gone downhill. I never found the employees very friendly. Also, anything over $7 for a bagel is bonkers. Look at Bodo’s in Charlottesville. Place is always packed, but service is efficient and they NEVER charge anywhere near $14 for a bagel sandwich !!!
