We go to pick up our mobile order and we have waited 35 minutes and apparently somehow they have lost our order and then we receive the food after almost an hour later and it is completely wrong! It didn’t help that the employees were so rude! So we just went to another restaurant and lost our money!

The lettuce was wilted and the patties were also dry and semi burned. This did me in for McDonald’s and I’m sticking to my promise to myself to never ever eat here again. Not happening. I feel sick after the few bites I took. I had to order in the pick up lane through the app and left without checking so it’s really a burden. Keep the money I don’t need a refund but trust me. This location should be inspected or at the least sold to a new owner.
