  They didn't have the fries that I ordered with my wings but they substitute it with a different flavor of wings and I was able to get 2 free dips with my order. The Wing substitute was pretty good

  Worse Pizza Hut i've ever been in, I had a bad experience with them a few months ago messaging me that my online order would be ready at a certain time. I got there at that time and had to wait 30 minutes and still was given the wrong pizza. But I decided to give them another chance since the were local. I went in today to pick up my online order, no one was up front, there was a young lady working in the back, so I said hello out loud to let her know that a customer was there. She just ignored me. After my 3rd hello, she yelled a sarcastic hello back and kept working. (No i'll be right with you at all.) After about 5 minutes of her prepairing a pizza and then cutting and boxing another pizza, she finally came up front to give me my order. ( No sorry for the wait or anything.) I understand that she was working alone, but bad customer service reflects on this store. I will not be returning. I'd rather drive across town.

  I ordered through the Pizza Hut website. After my order wasn’t picked up by the door dasher I called pizza hut and the rude employee said my order never came through the system and that a dasher came to pick it up but they didn’t have an order to give. Then said they would make my order and got off the phone. I called back and she gave the phone to the manager because she knew she lied when she said they would make the order. The manager said the dasher must have taken my food earlier because they made the order and she is surprised I haven’t received it. Both the employee and the manager had an attitude and told different stories and get mad when you call them on it. We will see if I get my refund the way this establishment is run
