  Do not order from here. They will forget half your order in the bag (it's been 5+ times) or just be rude. They should just close this location down with how bad it is.

  We ordered a online order went too pick it up almost 3 hours before closing time, had to call inside because drive thru had cars but no one came to take orders, older african american lady got extremely rude on the phone after we asked was anyone available to take orders at window after waiting yelling telling us they have families and don’t have to take no orders, so we pulled around to ask about how we could get our refund because we already had paid and she just kept cutting me off we closed and kept repeating it and said we don’t have to give u no food and kept repeating maintenance with a nasty attitude when all I wanted was information on a refund. Customer service extremely horrible.

  Lady said they was closed after we placed an online order very rude and yelling disrespectful!!! Closing 3 hours earlier. She should be fired after that. So now we paid all that money for our online order and get no refund or food.

  I placed an online order, got there two minutes after 10 pm and they supposedly closed. Google says they're open until midnight. What a poor experience. I tried to explain to the lady doing drive thru the app wouldn't let me cancel because it was being made and she basically hung up the speaker. Very rude. I won't be back here to spend money. I'll stick to my regular store off Newtown Rd. S much better mcdonals

  I usually enjoy McDonald’s, but whatever is going on at this Battlefield Blvd location makes it feel like the worst one in the entire Hampton Roads. The food consistently tastes like it was cooked in a rush or with zero care and full of hatred and anger. McDoubles come out burnt, the large fries are barely half-filled, and they’re somehow always out of soda. Even the Big Mac, the one thing you’d expect to be made correctly, shows up without any Mac sauce and is skinner than a cheeseburger. It’s honestly baffling how a place can miss the mark this often. I doubt anyone got any training. What makes it even more frustrating is that it feels like no one is checking on the quality here. It leaves you wondering if management is paying attention at all or just numb to this level of awfulness. I love McDonald’s and usually know exactly what to expect when I go, but this is the only location that has made me second-guess stopping by. Until they fix the issues and take some pride in the service and food, it’s hard to recommend this spot to even my worst enemies.
