Good luck if your order is wrong, they will act like they hate you for it even though you paid money for something and DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. Do not come here.

It honestly feels like the phone is intentionally off the hook. If you’re going to have a phone number listed, answer it. - SMSherron MDec 28, 20251.0Order: 1 Fish Meal (Medium) 1 Double Fish sandwich Drink - Sprite Problem: Ordered via “Uber Eats”. When food arrived the sprite (Drink) did not have a tamper seal covering. Upon inspection, there’s black specs floating around inside the drink (see picture). To add salt to injury my bag didn’t even come with a straw. Blessing in disguise, if I were to have the straw I’m pretty sure I would of skipped inspecting the drink and downed it. I’ve worked food industry (skating rink) before I would wager that someone didn’t break down and clean drink nozzles throughly. On worst case scenario it’s mold, and the ice dispensers need to be inspected. For double Fish sandwich, missing a whole patty. (See picture). Even though the order sticker clearly states double. This would be the third time I’ve had some type of issue with this particular establishment. Other occurrences paying for EXTRA sauce and not receiving them. Having to argue about sauce that’s not coming out of their paychecks. Having an employee on FaceTime with someone taking my card and doing the most to “tap”/swipe my card. Proactively cancel my card and got a new one. Only to have 4 days later said canceled card being attempted on. Now this situation, third time the charm. Resolution: Contacted Uber Eats. Got back “Uber Eats” cash (useless). New Year’s resolution just going to quit altogether food delivery services. No more Uber Eats, Door Dash, and other third parties delivery.
