- JWJordan WoodNov 23, 20251.0This is the worse McDonald’s in the area. I have never had a good experience here. They have two drive-thru lines and 90% of the time only one is open. Put in a mobile order and get there, and the line is around the building. I went inside to pick it up but was told I had to go through the drive thru to pick it up. Staff is not very friendly or helpful.

It is unacceptable that when you have online orders that are placed well in advance, use curb side pick up, and then still have to go inside instead to wait another 15-20 minutes for your order. Avoid this location because management does not care about quality. All said and done- 37 minutes for an order totaling $9.50 I would welcome a franchise owner to reach out.
