Worst McDonalds in that area. Customer service is horrible and restaurant not being monitored because they do whatever they want there. It’s bad. Corporate need to make a visit!

Service is horrible, they make you feel like a bother for showing up. Slowest drive through I've been to with no ability to manage the two lane setup they have. Items are regularly wrong and the workers don't even offer to fix. Last trip, ordered the 2c - double quarter pounder. They make me park to wait and bring out a 2b -qpc with bacon. The lady asks me what I got, told her 2c double qpc. She says here's a 2b qpc with bacon and walks away.
Fries are always cold and rubbery, pay with cc as they never have change for anything larger than a $1 bill.
I get it, it's mcdonalds so not expecting extravagance but would be nice to get the right order, a minimum level of customer service and fries that weren't cooked yesterday.
Absolute disgrace for a mcdonalds - if corporate is looking to cut some fat, this would be #1 in the tidewater area to close.
