  Writing this review as I’m dining here, I will be back. The food being great is one thing but the management and servers are amazing and on top of things with great detail. I had such a pleasant experience. Shoutout Saigon Bistro!!!

  I really enjoyed this place the first couple of times, but the more I returned, the less I wanted to come back. My rating is more about my experiences. The food is good though, expect for the pho. The restaurant is extremely loud, even outside of karaoke hours, EDM blasting on random afternoons and mornings makes it hard to have a conversation. I’m Vietnamese and understand the culture, but it's too much and I'm just here to eat. There are also always flies every time I visit, even in winter, which is a big turnoff. I once overheard the owner/manager interviewing a potential employee. He came across as rude and condescending, bragging about how he “runs things differently” and grilling the kid. That interaction made me uncomfortable and turned me off from supporting the business.

  First time dining here. The food was good, but the service was disappointing. We weren’t checked on, didn’t receive water refills, and felt rushed when the check and payment machine were brought out while we were still eating and packing food. We felt unwelcome and ended up leaving food behind. Unfortunately, the service took away from what could have been a good experience.

  Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generously huge—perfect for sharing or taking home leftovers. The lobster was already shelled, which made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to eat without the usual mess. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was the service. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, genuinely friendly and professional. Instead of trying to upsell, the server even suggested we ordered one fewer dish because the portions were so large. It was hands-down the best service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Honestly, the evening felt so welcoming that I didn’t want it to end—I almost wished we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the atmosphere a bit more. Highly recommended!

  Came in on a weekday to get carry-out to bring home for dinner later in the evening. Service here was great; very friendly and helpful. Their menu has all the Viet-favs, including Pho, which is what I wanted. I got 3 Pho Ga and an extra broth and asked for the onions to be separated, as I love them, but a family member doesn’t. Everything was packed perfectly and made to travel. We quickly heated it all up later at dinnertime and it came together perfectly. The ingredients, veggies, and broth were all very fresh. The broth was incredibly tasty! It had a slight heat to the spice level, which is a welcome addition to the star anise flavors were usually used to. The chicken wasn’t thinly sliced, rather it was pulled and it was also perfect for eating in a soup! The sizes were great, not too chunky and tough…. It was also nicely tender! Overall, we’ve tried many Pho places in Northern VA and so far this is our favorite! Definitely will return!!
