I will be writing 1 star reviews every time until something is done about this establishment operating so poorly. Today's issue: my coworker goes to pick up our order every time we order from here. So much so they typically know the name of the second order by the time he mentions his. Today they had him the drive-thru waiting spot for over 30 minutes waiting on my order. Twice he had to stop employees bringing out other orders asking where the second order was. He eventually had to call and they were completely unaware he had two orders to pick up... yet at the window they confirmed both orders to my coworker two times and two outside employees apparently went inside to check on it as well. This place needs some serious management re-evaluation especially with their drive- thru because this is not how a "fast-food" restaurant should operate. I've yet to open the order I finally received over an hour after ordering, so cannot relay whether or not they got the order right (they usually dont) oh and be warned ordering sauces, they seemingly refuse to include those in my experience. I'll see you all for the next review within a few days, I'm sure. UPDATE: The order was wrong, who would've guessed.
