The second time no ice cream, no hot dogs, and no chicken strips. The third time, the employee actually ignored the drive thru and ran around and locked locked the door 45 minutes before closing as we were trying to walk in. Horrible customer service and lack luster quality. Update:. Gave you multiple tries. On the most recent visit, "we are out of strawberry topping". The reason? It's still frozen. How are you not aware of some basic operating issues? Still maintain, probably the worst ran DQ I've ever been to and literally the slowest service ever. I average more than 20 minutes each time I come through.
