- NNnevaehNov 1, 20251.0I was at this mcdonald’s for a hour, waited outside in the curbside spots for over 30 minutes, and never received my order! a worker brought us the wrong order then told us he’ll be back and never came back. they told us the order didn’t pop up but i paid for it and everything went through. we went inside after waiting 10-15 minutes for him to come back outside and they told us they threw all the curbside orders away and didn’t offer any resolution. I had to ask for a refund and their explanation was they were busy and people forget. this is absolutely insane.
